This database allows you to put together a contract, document, specifications, forms, or etc. on the fly with customizable sections. Most documents are not the same; one may include one section for one client and another for a different client. Hyper•Document Builder is perfect for any dynamic documents.

INSTRUCTIONS: for Hyper•Document Builder.
Document MERGE - (New Feature)
By Choosing Merge from the Main Window you can create placeholders in your document that can contain merge information. The merge fields are automatically updated when you print or select Merge from the Merge Menu. This option is optional. Placeholder may be omitted to make the document generic.
PRINTING - (New Feature)
Choice of two print options for Contract or Document. They are LetterHead or Plain Paper. Letterhead has a 2 inch top margin for Company letterhead. Plain Paper is normal printing.
Contract Window SCROLL - (New Feature)
Contract Window is automatically scrolled when updated.
ENUMERATION - (Upgraded)
Choose either Roman numberals or the 26 letter alphabet to enumerate sections in the Contract Window, but clicking on the Enumeration button, (just beneath the INDEX window). You can switch between Roman numerals or the 26 letter alphabet by going to the Set Up card by clicking on the MERGE button at the bottom-left of this card.
Hyper-Document Builder allows you to design your own contract on the fly by clicking on the sections in the INDEX window.
OPTION-Index Window - (Delete Section)
If you hold down OPTION key while clicking in the INDEX window you will remove that Section from the CONTRACT window. (Upgraded 3/31/93)
COMMAND-Index Window - (Find Section)
If you hold down COMMAND key while clicking in the INDEX window it will find that Index Section for you in the "CONTRACT" Window if it exist, else it will locate the SECTION in the Hyper•Document Builder Stack.
Pressing Enter will find the the next occurence.
ADD button - (Add Section)
Sections can be added using the ADD button.
ALL button - (Add All Sections)
Creates a contract with all the sections sorted by the way it appears in the INDEX window.
CLEAR button - (Clear All Sections)
Erases the current contents of the CONTRACT window.
PRINT button - (Print Document or Sections)
Allows you to print a the CONTRACT window or all the sections in the stack. The PRINT button uses PRINT REPORT from the FILE menu. If you want to modify the Report margins or other options choose PRINT REPORT from the FILE menu.
EXPORT button - (Export Document as Text file for Word Processing)
Allows you to export your contract as a text file for fancy-smancy editing with your favorate word processor.
INDEX button creates the INDEX window from scratch, based on the sections in the Hyper•Document database. There are no warranties or guarranties expressed or implied. This stack can be distributed freely intact with supplied documentation.
